Marie-Lise Hofstetter is passionated about transformation processes in r/urban areas and the heritage of post-war modernism. Being part of the urbanes.land team since 2018, she has developed the initial visual identity of urbanes.land and is now responsible for the internal and external coordination as well as the rebranding and communication of urbanes.land and its projects. Next to her work at urbanes.land, she created the visual archive thereinbetween, where she explores cities, spaces and places through photography. She is also part of the Ruhrmoderne, an initiative to raise awareness and further develop the heritage of post-war modernism within the Ruhr region.
Marie-Lise studied in Biberach, Montevideo, Concepción and Bochum and holds a Bachelor in Architecture and a Master in Architecture Media Management. Amongst others, she has previously worked as a research assistant at Hochschule Biberach, responsible for the organisation, communication and sponsoring of Team X4S at the Solar Decathlon Europe 21/22.
